How to book
Bookings are currently made through our Facebook page, via email, or by phone.
Each visitor, representative of a group, or expedition leader for mountaineering clubs, sends the booking details (number of people, arrival and departure dates).
Seasons
Katarraktis Mountain Refuge will open in June and close in October of the same year. During the winter months, it will operate from November to May on weekends by arrangement with the manager. Exact dates will be announced here on the website and on the Facebook page, each year.
Overnight Stay Cost
Overnight stay costs €40 per night (€35* for 2+ nights). This includes lunch or dinner as well as a full breakfast.
For each tent, each person needs to pay 5 euros. If the refuge's facilities are used, the cost is 10 euros.
Payment
Individually, you can pay with cash or card at the Refuge. For groups of 8 people or more, full payment must be made via bank transfer.
Refunds & cancellations
You can cancel your booking up to 20 days before your arrival. You will receive your full deposit back.
If you cancel less than 20 days before the booking, your deposit will not be refunded.
